8.Pop Pop Boat

How to make a simple pop pop boat from house hold materials. This video tutorial shows you a step by step guide for making a model pop pop ( put put ) boat from an empty coca cola can, a juice carton, 2 straws and some blu-tack. Easy and great fun idea to make with kids. Use an Epoxy glue rather then blu-tack to make the boiler stronger and last longer.

7.charge phone with fruits

Batteries store chemical energy and transform this energy into electricity. This is how batteries make gadgets and electronic devices work, like mobile phones, MP3 players, flashlights, and a whole lot more.
There are two main types of batteries based on the type of electrolyte it uses. There is what we call the wet cell, which makes use of liquid electrolytes in the form of a solution, and there is also what we call dry cell, which makes use of electrolytes in the form of paste. There are many more types of batteries available on the market now, like carbon-zinc cell, alkaline cell, nickel-cadmium cell, Edison cell and mercury cell.
In this simple experiment, we will be creating our own battery with the use of citrus fruits, with a power that is strong enough to make a small bulb light up. Later on, we will discuss how citrus fruits work as batteries.

6.Generator from motor

You can make a generator from an old toy motor. Mount a 9-volt toy motor and connect its terminals to a LED. Attach the small pulley on the motor axle to a large pulley. As you crank the large pulley, the smaller one will rotate the motor at a fast speed. This will produce a current which will light a LED -- which in this case is a streetlight.

5.Light From Pencil Lead

In this instructables iam going to say how to make bulb in pencil lead. during the process the lead can reach upto 300°¢ be carefull while handling
Step 1: •°Components Required•°

* Pencil Lead
* Testube
* Meatel cap X 2
* Big Needle X 2
* Small metal to hold lead
* 15 V DC supply

Step 2: °•Use 0.7 Lead•°

Picture of °•Use 0.7 Lead•°
I used 0.7 pencli lead an 15V Dc
you can also use other leads and battry's.

Step 3: °•Set Up°•

Take the Testube and break the bottom of the tube and make hole in the centre of the metal cap insert the needle. Know you need to make holder to hold pencil lead i solderd the ball point pen nib at the end of the needle and insert the lead and close the testube with metal cap.
Step 4: •°Glowing Lead°•

when the lead is powerd up it emits a gas white in colour after the emition it start glow.

4.Electric Motor

The Simple Electric Motor is insulated copper wire, neodymium magnet, AAA battery & Tape

An electric motor is an electrical machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. The reverse of this would be the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy and is done by an electric generator.
In normal motoring mode, most electric motors operate through the interaction between an electric motor's magnetic fieldand winding currents to generate force within the motor. In certain applications, such as in the transportation industry withtraction motors, electric motors can operate in both motoring and generating or braking modes to also produce electrical energy from mechanical energy.

3.Making Camera

Instructional video of making a pinhole camera out of a matchbox

You will need: A matchbox, electrical tape, a reel of 35mm film, an old 35mm film spool, a marker pen, a drinks can, a craft knife and a pair of scissors.

  1. pinhole camera is a simple camera without a lens and with a single small aperture, a pinhole – effectively a light-proof box with a small hole in one side. Light from a scene passes through this single point and projects an inverted image on the opposite side of the box.

2. Lemon Battery

This is a cool science project on making a Lemon Battery.
It's based on principle that; when two different metal electrodes are immersed in an acid, it generates the flow of electron.

I used this Lemon battery to power a LED bulb. This LED glowed for 30 hour

Diagram showing three lemon cells wired together so that they energize the red light emitting diode (LED) at the top. Each individual lemon has a zinc electrode and a copper electrode inserted into it; the zinc is colored gray in the diagram. The slender lines drawn between the electrodes and the LED represent the wires.

1.Simple Electric Train

This “Train” is made of magnet,copper wire and a dry cell.
Please enjoy watching this simple structure electric train.
If you run a current through a coil; it generates an magnetic field inside the coil like this:
Coil
If the field lines are exactly parallel a bar magnet will feel no net force. However at the ends of the coil, where the field lines diverge, a bar magnet will be either pulled into the coil or pushed out of the coil depending on which way round you insert it.
The trick in the video is that the magnets are made of a conducting material and they connect the battery terminals to the copper wire, so the battery, magnets and copper wire make a circuit that generates a magnet field just in the vicinity of the battery. The geometry means the two magnets are automatically at the ends of the generated magnetic field, where the field is divergent, so a force is exerted on the magnets.
The magnets have been carefully aligned so the force on both magnets points in the same direction, and the result is that the magnets and battery move. But as they move, the magnetic field moves with them and you get a constant motion.
If you flipped round the two magnets at the ends of the battery the battery and magnets would move in the reverse direction. If you flipped only one magnet the two magnets would then be pulling/pushing in opposite directions and the battery wouldn't move.
